The list is posted at Town Hall, Hall’s Restaurant, Camden-Wyoming Post Office, Wyoming Police Department and also posted here on the Town’s website. Please review your assessment. If you do not agree or have any questions, an Assessment Appeals Workshop will be held at Town Hall on Friday June 21, 2019 starting at 3 pm. Free Fishing Days!!
Date Posted: Thursday, May 30th, 2019In celebration of National Fishing and Boating Week, DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife invites anglers to fish, crab, and clam in Delaware waters by taking advantage of free fishing days Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2, when no fishing license is required for resident or non-resident anglers. Anglers are reminded that even though they do not need a fishing license to fish on June 1 or 2, they are still required to obtain a free Fisherman Identification Network (F.I.N.) number, available online at www.delaware-fin.com or by calling 800-432-9228. Anglers also are required to comply with Delaware’s fishing regulations, including size and daily catch limits. Most resident anglers from the ages of 16 through 64 and most non-resident anglers who fish, crab, or clam in Delaware waters are required to purchase a fishing license. We have openings on the Planning and Zoning Committee, Board of Adjustments, Peach Festival and the Historical Commission. Tax Discounts
Date Posted: Monday, April 29th, 2019TAX DISCOUNTS If you have not made it to the Kent County Offices to apply for low income or handicapped discounts on your taxes, you will need to get there soon. Property Tax time is around the corner. The Town of Wyoming downloads tax information from Kent County. If you believe you might qualify for a senior citizen low income discount or a handicapped discount, you must go to the Kent County Office on Bay Road to apply. If you qualify with Kent County, the information will automatically download to us and we will give you the discount also. Don’t wait for the last minute. Kent County’s information will be downloaded to us around the middle of May.
