Fire Hydrant Flow Testing
Date Posted: Tuesday, September 10th, 2019Date: Friday September 13, 2019 Location: Wynsome Blvd. Time Period: 1:00 – 4:00 pm The Camden-Wyoming Sewer and Water Authority will be doing a Fire Hydrant Flow Testing. This is required for future development. This may result in temporary and harmless discoloration of the water and/or fluctuations in water pressure. Should this occur, running a cold water tap for a short period will help to restore water color to normal. to avoid possible discoloration of light colored clothing, residents may wish to not not launder during the time indicated above and for the next 24 hours after testing. Should you have any further questions please contact Camden Wyoming Sewer and Water Authority during business hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. 302-697-6372.
Town of Wyoming Fall Yard Sale

Wyoming will be holding its annual yard sale on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will be advertising the week prior to help draw a lot of people. Anyone living on a side street that is out of the main traffic pattern is welcome to bring your tables and wares to set up in the grassy areas on either side of Town Hall.

Wyoming Peach Festival

The event kicks off with a parade at 9am down Camden-Wyoming Avenue, from Fifer Middle School to West Third Street. Followed by live music & entertainment at the train platform. In addition to some great performances, this family friendly festival features food trucks, craft & artisan vendors, community displays, a raffle, peach dessert contest, kids activities, and so much more! And don’t forget to visit the bounce house village by Bounce Around Inflatables & Games, LLC that will surely knock your socks off! New this year is the Peach Festival Raffle which will include a number of incredible prizes donated by over twenty local businesses. Buffalo Stampede street closures for Saturday July 13th
Date Posted: Monday, July 8th, 2019Saturday July 13th is the Buffalo Stampede. Please take note of the following street closures during this event. W. Third Street from Mechanic to Wyoming Park will be closed from 6am-11am. Mechanic Street from W. Third St to Grant Street will be closed from 8-11am. Mechanic Street from Grant St to Westville Rd. will be closed from 8-830 am (approximate). N. Railroad Ave from Camden-Wyoming Ave to Broad Street will be closed from 6am until 1 pm.
