Mayor Frankie Dale Rife, Councilperson Doug Denison, and Councilperson David Reed. Mayor Frankie Dale Rife for a 3-year term sworn in by Representative Lyndon D. Yearick Councilperson Doug Denison for a 2-year term sworn in by Mayor Rife Councilperson David Reed for a 2-year term sworn in by Mayor Rife Office Nominations Mayor Frankie Dale Rife Vice-Mayor Doug Denison Secretary David Reed Treasurer Kyle Dixon The Town of Wyoming Town Council looks forward to working with and supporting all residents of Wyoming.

The three (3) Council seats are to fill two (2) 2-year terms and one (1) 1-year term. The Mayor seat is to fill a 3-year term. Property Zoning Within the Town of Wyoming
Date Posted: Thursday, September 15th, 2016If you are not sure of how your property in Wyoming is zoned, you might want to check with Laura or Pam in Town Hall. They can look it up for you and let you know. Recently we have had residents think they were zoned one way only to find out that when the August 2009 Land Use and Development Code was approved, the zoning was changed.
