The Town of Wyoming will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday June 26th, at 6:00 p.m. in conjunction with the regular planning and zoning meeting. Please visit wyoming.delaware.gov for the agenda 7 days prior to the meeting.
This hearing is scheduled to hear, discuss, and answer questions pertaining to a rezoning application for the property at 307 N. Layton Ave, TaxID #7-20-085.18-01-07.00. This issue will then be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. And voted on by the Council at the July 8th Town Council Meeting.
If you are unable to attend, please address all questions and concerns in writing to the Wyoming Town Hall, 120 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday June 26th.
