Police Accountability Board
Delaware House Bill 206 became law in 2023, which requires all police departments in Delaware to establish police accountability committees or boards. The goal of the Board is to provide recommendations to the police and policymakers on policy, training and other issues relating to or affecting the department or the community it serves.
