PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Wyoming will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday January 8th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Wyoming Town Hall 120 W. Camden Wyoming Ave. This hearing is scheduled to hear, discuss, and answer questions pertaining to a Conditional Use application for 82 Pepperwood Drive to use their residence as a Short-Term rental.
These issues will then be voted on following the Public Hearing by the Mayor and Council at the regular Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m. If you have any questions, you are strongly urged to attend the meetings. If you are unable to attend, please address all questions and concerns in writing to the Wyoming Town Hall, 120 W. Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE 19934 no later than 4:30 p.m. January 8th, 2024. This request was initially heard by Planning & Zoning on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023.
