The Town of Wyoming will be holding a Public
Hearing on Wednesday August 25, 2021, at 6:00
p.m. in conjunction with the regular planning and
zoning meeting. This hearing is scheduled to hear, discuss, and
answer questions pertaining to Ordinance #59-21
Constructing Accessory Structures. This hearing will
also hear, discuss, and answer questions pertaining
to E. Railroad Ave rezoning from Residential (R1)
to Commercial (C). These issues will then be voted
on by Council at the September Town Council
Meeting.
This request was initially heard by the Planning &
Zoning Committee on June 23, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at
their monthly meeting.

Wyoming, DE 19934 no later than 4:30 p.m. August
