POLICE OFFICER
Full Time Positions
The Wyoming Police Department is currently accepting applications for Full Time Police Officers.
Certified Officers starting minimum at $48,256 or higher depending on experience.
The Wyoming Police Department offers a competitive starting salary, benefits package including medical insurance including vision and dental, paid vacation, and retirement through the State Municipal Plan.
Certified applicants will be given a conditional hire until they meet all the requirements set by the Council on Police Training and a modified field training program.

MUNICIPAL ELECTION 2021
The Town of Wyoming will NOT be having a council election on February 27, 2021
Council Positions:
- Two (2) Council seats with a term of office of two (2) years (May 2021 to May 2023)
- Only two (2) candidates filed for these positions – filling the open seats
- Doug Denison
- Jeffrey Gravatt
The incumbents will be sworn into the respective positions at the May 3, 2021 Council Meeting.
