Water Leak Repair Scheduled

Date: MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2020
Time: 8:00 AM – Until completed (same day)
Location: Intersection of Grant St & Mechanic St

On Monday, March 30 beginning at 8:00 am, throughout the day, you will experience temporary loss of water service for we will be repairing a water leak.

The water leak repair is located at the intersection of Grant Street and Mechanic Street. Water will be restored at the completion of the job the same day. While work is taking place, you will experience loss of water until the repair is completed.

After the work is completed, you may experience temporary and harmless discoloration of the water. To avoid possible discoloration of light-colored clothing, residents may wish to not launder during this time and a period of at least 24 hours after. If you should experience brown water, running your cold tap for a few minutes should help clear the water in your service line.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our office at 302/697-6372 if you should have any questions.

Rain Date: Will be the following business day.

Respectfully,
Camden-Wyoming Sewer & Water Authority

You may have already noticed CWSWA crews and other utilities in your area marking their underground mains and services with paint marks on the street and right of way. This is being done to protect the underground utilities during construction.
