Planning & Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Committee consists of 5 members appointed by the town council and 1 member appointed by the town council to be the chairman. It shall be the duty of the committee to plan for effective land use issues within the Town of Wyoming. The committee shall deal with rezoning issues, sub divisions, and conditional uses. The 5 members of the committee have voting privileges to make recommendations to the town council, the chair of the committee has no voting privileges. The town council shall have the final vote based on the recommendations of the committee.
COMMITTEE MEETS THE SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH AT THE WYOMING TOWN ANNEX 10 S. Railroad Ave.
